I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pool was really nice and perfect for relaxing. The room was modern and comfortable, especially the mattress. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were warm and friendly. The location was great, situated in the old part of the city with charming tavernas in the back streets. It was also within walking distance of the nightlife and shops. it was a very good experience and excellent value for money.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The staff were loyal and created a great vibe. Perfect location to Nikos Kazantzakis airport, just 26 minutes by car. Loved that the pool bar was working. There were beautiful tourist spots close to this hotel, for example Roman Archaeological Remains.

The hotel seems recently modernised, and was very well decorated and equipped. The staff were friendly. The location is on a road out from Old Malia towards the countryside - relatively quiet in this part of the world.
The heater didnt work

Grounds well groomed and pleasant. Apartment stylish, modern, clean. Staff were extremely helpful and responsive. Location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and farms.
Spraying of yard and trees might have been done after guests had retired for the night.

Enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean and had everything we needed, with towels changed regularly. Location was perfect, with great restaurants and shops nearby. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for relaxing.
The breakfast could have had more variety, and the staff sometimes seemed rushed and not as friendly as we would have liked.

We chose this hotel for our first night in Crete, after a late arrival at Heraklion airport. It was easy to find, and under 30 minutes drive. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We were out of season so the Hotel was not full. It was only a very short walk to find a Taverna serving dinner at 22h30.We only stayed one night as we were on our way to more remote parts of the island. (We had excellent advice on the rest of our stay from the owner by the way)

The location was far enough away from heavy traffic noise but close enough to walk to the nightlife and local amenities. The staff were extremely friendly and kind during the whole stay and the poolside was always lovely and clean.
The distance to the beach was a little longer than expected but not a real problem.

July 2010; very helpfull and friendly staff (Family company) with free advice for nice trips in the region, excellent continental breakfast (especially the Greek Yoghurt) with more than enough bread among others, very clean room (every day cleaning) in the newest part of the complex, location in the old part of the city of Malia, with a fewe good restaurants.
The hotel is for the moment the place to be, like the whole place of Malia, for the young to very young people, dominated by the English. It keeps you young as older tourists, but some moments, in two nights, too noisy, so we woke up for a while. Most nights, we stayed for 7 nights, were OK. The hotel started to be connected to a larger international holidays organsiation of Tui, so in our stay already some other nationalities and older tourists visited Christalli.

Excellent friendly staff nice location away from the crowds but within walking distance of the night life shops etc.Peacful ambience towels & bedding changed reguarly
Lack of variey of food on menu due to it being the end of the season. No Rose wine oh Dear.. No tea towel to wipe dishes or liquid to clean them. Only Greek tv programs on tv. No knives to cut food only table knives. These little things do go to help one to have a nicer holiday.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
